Q:      Do I get to choose specific pick-up and delivery dates?               

A:     In most cases we can accommodate requests for specific dates. By scheduling for a date well in advance of when you increase the chances of us being able to secure a carrier for the dates you desire.

Q:      Will the size of my vehicle affect the price?

A:     Yes. A large truck will be priced higher than a small economy car. This is based one the weight of the vehicle and the amount of space being occupied on the carrier.

Q:        Will my vehicle be driven?
A:         The driver will drive your car on and off the carrier. Your car should not be driven otherwise (except to load/unload other vehicles along the way), and odometer readings are noted at pickup and delivery.

Q:        Will my vehicle stay on one truck?
A:         Your vehicle will stay on the same carrier for the entire move. The only exception would be in the event the carrier has an unexpected event occur (such as a breakdown) and a new a carrier is needed to deliver you vehicle.

Q:        How do I prepare my vehicle?
A:         Leave only about ¼ tank of gas in the vehicle. Deactivate or disconnect anti-theft devices. There can be serious problems and unnecessary expenses if the driver is locked out or if the alarm goes off during the auto shipping process or the car transport. Make sure the radiator has adequate levels of fresh antifreeze.

Q:        How do I check on the status of my order?
A:         Call or e-mail the representative with whom you placed the order. That’s if you even have to ask. As a company that believes in offering the very highest level of customer service we will always keep you advised of where your vehicle is at.

Q:      Can you transport my vehicle if it is not in a running or operational condition?

A:     A non operational vehicle can be shipped; however, additional charges will apply. In order to provide you an accurate price, we will need to know the exact condition of the car/truck. For example, does the vehicle roll forward or in reverse, steer or brake? Vehicles that can not do any of the above can still be shipped; however, may require special equipment      

Q:        How do I pay?
A:         We accept most major credit cards. Also personal and corporate checks are methods by which you can pay. We do not ask for any payment until we have your vehicle scheduled for delivery.

Q:        What if my vehicle drop-off or pick-up location is inaccessible to the truck?

A:         The carriers we select to deliver your vehicle will always have safety in first and foremost. Should the drop off location be in a high traffic location, dead end, cul-de-sac, very narrow street or have any other circumstances that would impact a safe delivery we will meet you at the nearest location which is safe. Often a nearby shopping center or similar location is chosen both because of the size of the parking lot and lighting
